Mark Levin will talk about a wide range of current issues and trends affecting cities and public service.
He is an associate professor in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at IU. He teaches graduate courses in local government management, local economic development, and government budgeting. Before moving to Bloomington, he was City Administrator of Maryland Heights, a suburb of St. Louis, for the last 30 years. He also has served on the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis.
